主料鲜虾仁(适量)西兰花(适量)调料蛋清(适量)高汤(适量)盐(适量)料酒(适量)厨具炒锅

1 准备所需食材

2 虾仁用刀开背,取净虾线,放入一个蛋清和适量盐,搅拌均匀后放一旁入味15分钟

3 先锅里倒水放入洗净的西兰花氽熟(加入适量高汤调料、盐、料酒)

4 将烧入味后的西兰花盛出装盘

5 锅里倒油,烧热
